How do calculate your home inspection prices?

Our rates start at $300.00 and are based on Square Footage, Bathrooms,Kitchens, and Age.

Do you charge more for homes with crawl spaces?

No.  Our price includes any type of typical structure.  It also includes computer generated color photos with descriptions.

What is the charge for radon testing?
Radon in air is the second largest cause of Lung Cancer.

 A radon test requires two days of air sampling. The fee is based on 2 Tests Performed Side by Side to insure accuracy.
Radon Testing with a EPA report = $125.00    

Water Testing prices are controlled by the EPA testing Lab.
We charge $50.00 per hour Sampling and Delivery to the lab.fee plus the labortory charges which vary based on the tests performed..

Do you charge for mold testing? 

Yes. The charge is determined by the type  and amount of testing, Swab testing, or air sampling or both. A written estimate will be presented and agreeded on before any Mold Testing is performed.

 Do you charge for travel outside of Orange, Dutchess, or Ulster counties.
