How do calculate your home inspection prices?

Our rate is $375.00 for an average house under 2000 sq. ft. w/ 1 bath and 3-4 bedrooms.

Do you charge more for homes with crawl spaces?

No.  Our price includes any type of typical structure.  It also includes computer generated color photos with descriptions.

What is the charge for radon testing?

 Yes.  A radon test requires two days of air sampling. The fee is based on time demand.

3-4 days = $175.00  The samples are hand delivered to the testing lab.
5-7 days = $125.00     The samples are mailed to the testing lab

Do you charge for mold testing? 

Yes. The charge is determined by the type  and amount of testing, Swab testing, or air sampling or both. A written estimate will be presented and agreeded on before any Mold Testing is performed.

 Do you charge for travel outside of Orange, Dutchess, or Ulster counties.

Single Family Residence
 (up to 2,000 square feet)          $375.00
